Crockpot Beef Stew

Throw into a crockpot:
2 lbs. stew meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 large sweet potato, peeled and chopped
1 large parsnip, peeled and chopped
1 bag frozen veggie blend of carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli
1 pint stock, + water if necessary
Sprinkle: salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in.

Cook for 10 hours on low.
