Red Cabbage Balsamic Vinegar Salad

Got this recipe idea from: Slate

Put in a bowl:
1 head red cabbage, shredded
small container of gorgonzola cheese
some amount of chopped hazelnuts  (couple tablespoons)
half a small bag of craisins

In another little container, mix together 2 T olive oil and 1 T balsamic vinegar, add this to the main bowl.  Toss, as one does with salad.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Yummy!
