Cinnamon Muffins

This came from Elana's Pantry via Stir it up blog.

Topping - Combine:
2 T honey
1 T cinnamon
1 T coconut oil

Muffins:
1 cup almond flour
2 T coconut flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup honey
3 eggs
1 T vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients.  Combine the wet ingredients separately.  Combine the combinations.

Put not quite 1/4 cup into muffind tins, top the muffins with the topping.
Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350 F.
