Super easy lazy rather good work lunch

Keep at work:
Frozen veggies
Cans of salmon
Coconut milk

Defrost frozen veggies with a little bit of water.  5 minutes.  Add can of salmon (drained) and ~ 3 oz of coconut milk.  (Half a small can.)  Heat for an additional 2 minutes.  Add salt/pepper if desired.

Stupid easy, but really quite good.
